It’s the end of the school year and my fourth grader had the best teacher. I made a modified All the Things Tote and filled it with some of her favorite snacks.

I modified the main panel to include some pieced Mickey heads (she’s a disney fan) and a stripe along the bottom. Then because of the location of the Mickeys, I needed a different strap. So I added some D-rings, swivel hooks, and made the strap from the tent stripe fabric with a foam insert. I also skipped the bias binding and went with straight so I could have those great stripes all around 😍

Super happy with how this turned out and I hope Mrs Harvey will enjoy using it to carry all the things 🙃

Playing catch up! I made this cutie block for the lovely Amanda, @fueled_by_adhd back in March for our #badlybeehavedstitchesbee It sat completed on my desk for more than a month, then sat a little longer while she moved, then took its sweet slow time making its way through Cincinnati all the way to Maine. ❤️ I can’t wait to see the quilt she makes from this bee, it’s going to be just perfect!

Finally sharing my finished easter bunny pillow. I think I’ll let him stay out all spring long 🩷

I went against all my natural instincts for bright bold prints and colors. I wanted to make this subtle, pastel, and with a more vintage feel. I am obsessed with the combination of machine and hand quilting and plan to do more of this in the very near future!
